How I work with you

We start with a traveler profile.

I’ll ask about things like your cruise experience, travel style, preferred pace, budget, cabin preferences, interests, loyalty programs, and anything practical that could affect the trip.

If you’re traveling with family or friends, I’ll want to understand them too.

The point is simple. 

The better I understand you, the better my recommendations can be.

Before I start researching, I’ll review what you shared.

If something is unclear, or if one of your answers raises a question that could change the direction of the trip, I’ll ask.

I may also summarize what I think you’re looking for and ask if I got it right.

I would rather clarify something early than build a plan around the wrong assumption.

Once I have a clear picture of the trip, I’ll start narrowing down the choices.

I’ll look at the cruise line, ship, itinerary, sailing date, cabin, overall value, onboard experience, and the practical details that could affect the trip.

It’s to find the ones that are actually worth considering.

When I recommend a cruise, I want you to understand why.

I’ll point out the strongest options, explain the meaningful differences, and tell you which one I think fits you best.

Sometimes there will be a clear favorite. Sometimes there will be two good choices that offer different experiences.

Either way, you should understand the decision, not just be handed a list of prices.

Once the sailing is chosen, we can work through the rest of the trip.

That may include hotels, transportation, air planning, cruise extras, shore excursions, independent touring options, travel protection, and other practical details.

Some trips need more planning than others.

We’ll focus on what actually matters for yours.

As the trip comes together, I’ll help keep the important pieces organized and point out anything that still needs attention.
